Building Design + Management (UK) Ltd. was established in 1994 by Rod Thorne and Ashley Wyatt. Primarily project managers and architectural design consultants, BD+M offer a particularly commercial approach to design and management and have always operated using the very latest technologies. The Company has a broad experience encompassing commercial, residential, healthcare, leisure, industrial, retail and the education sector.

BD+M's extensive client list includes many recognisable national and local companies as well as individual private clients from whom references can be arranged.

As members of the AECB (The Association for Environment Conscious Building), we are constantly aware of and striving to influence environmentally responsible design. Despite alot of 'greenwash' around at the moment, there are meaningful ways to help the environment.
DMS is now well implemented into BD+M's work methodology. Specifically designed Archetype is used to generate and control all office correspondence and project documentation. The features are exhaustive and its use has completely revolutionised the way we handle electronic data.
BD+M provides a high standard of service backed with BSI Quality Assurance ISO 9001:2008.
